You will handle inquiries about orders, products and website usage, drive sales through proactive exchanges and abandoned cart outreach, and ensure accurate order processing and fraud prevention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or Communications is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in fashion/ecommerce supports success; Shopify experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound customer service calls to support global ecommerce business; provide articulate, professional assistance about orders and website usage.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and engage customers via Live Chat with product knowledge and style guidance.
• Drive sales through proactive Exchange Order and Abandoned Cart outreach.
• Investigate product/service issues and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
• Process and document exchanges and returns; collaborate with Distribution Center to ensure efficient fulfillment.
• Monitor order processing and participate in fraud prevention; stay informed about marketing emails and promotions.
• Suggest store process improvements and run departmental reporting as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
