Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Remote-US). This role focuses on shaping trial feasibility, recruitment and in-life optimization across multiple therapeutic areas, delivering data-driven decisions to drive enrollment success.

You will collaborate with study teams, country stakeholders, vendors, and analytics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and support successful global trials.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, and trial optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and apply data for decision-making.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with study teams, vendors, legal partners, analytics groups, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including reports and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Support program feasibility and trial optimization planning with data benchmarks.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and country validation requests.
• Lead recruitment and retention planning during feasibility and budgeting.
• Oversee enrollment support materials development and tactic execution.
• Coordinate in-life trial management and performance reporting.
• Partner with study teams and vendors to identify enrollment challenges and mitigations.
