Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Clinical Senior Project Manager in a global, multisponsor setup. This remote role supports US and Canada while coordinating across diverse clinical programs. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, timelines and regulatory compliance to deliver critical studies.

Key responsibilities include client liaison, risk management, and development of plans for trial conduct and inspections readiness, with mentoring of junior staff and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading multi-sponsor or CRO projects across phases.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor staff and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical programs from proposal through delivery with quality, schedule and budget control.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers to ensure alignment with contracts and scope.
• Direct clinical teams and manage project deliverables for multiple regions.
• Oversee PM staff, provide mentorship, and drive risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare management reports and escalate issues as needed.
