Safelite, headquartered in Columbus, OH, offers its Early Career program to develop future leaders through three 8-month rotations across customer, sales, and operations functions. You will gain exposure to senior leaders in the US and abroad while building business acumen and project experience.

As a Global Early Career Professional, you will complete rotations, analyze processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver strategic recommendations while developing personally and professionally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or related major by June 2027.
• GPA 3.3+ at time of application.
• Internship experience preferred in Sales, Financial Services, or Consumer Products.

Responsibilities

• Complete three, 8-month rotations across the business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to research and analyze problems.
• Present strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage time and progress tasks to meet deadlines.
• Participate in accreditation/certification where applicable.
