Job summary

Traild is a high-growth SaaS company redefining how finance teams operate through AI, automation, and payments infrastructure. This role owns end-to-end e-invoicing compliance, coordinating across Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver compliant invoices to customers in multiple markets and ERPs.

You will start as an individual contributor, shaping how Traild stands up e-invoicing globally, then scale the function and share learnings with the wider team.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-invoicing, tax or regulatory compliance at a SaaS, ERP, or finance systems company.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, implementation, project delivery, or technical consulting at a SaaS, finance systems company, or management consulting firm.
• Working knowledge of European e-invoicing (Peppol or national mandates) and ability to explain it clearly.
• Proven experience managing customer implementations across multiple teams.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, etc.).
• Solid understanding of AP/AR processes, including invoicing workflows and matching.
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, data mapping, and document formats (UBL/XML).
• Clear written communication and ability to create guides for others.
• Ability to work independently and set up a new function with minimal structure.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own E-Invoicing Compliance across markets and mandates.
• Deliver e-invoicing to customers across ERPs and countries from scoping to go-live.
• Coordinate Product, Solutions, and Engineering for priorities and timelines.
• Work with Integrations team to support country-specific data requirements.
• Build playbooks, training, and reference materials for Customer Success to implement e-invoicing.
• Document ERP and country guides for Solutions Engineers.
