Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Durable Finance Manager to lead the PFP financial strategy, building flexible models and coordinating workshops with government partners and internal teams.

Reporting to the Director of Durable Finance, you will guide multiple workstreams across regions, balancing risk and impact while supporting cross‑border collaboration. This two‑year term role may require travel and global coordination.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 7 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience managing multiple complex tasks.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience with financial issues or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance financial strategies for PFP deals in collaboration with in-country and global teams.
• Manage complex project work plans, sustainable finance workstreams, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure alignment of objectives and joint outcomes.
• Develop interim and final deliverables (financial models, strategy documents, abstracts).
• Build relationships with governments and external partners; hire outside consultants as needed.
• Prepare and facilitate in-country workshops and consultations; travel as required.
