Job summary

World Wildlife Fund (WWF) seeks a Manager, Durable Conservation and Finance to catalyze long-term financing for large-scale conservation areas. The role leads cross-functional teams within the PDI unit to develop the Project Finance for Permanence pipeline and align with Enduring Earth partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong collaboration skills, and fluency in Spanish preferred; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; advance degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of program or professional experience.
• Experience with project finance for permanence (PFP) and conservation finance preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred; other languages useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage viability and feasibility phases of PFP pipeline in coordination with Senior Director.
• Guide teams conducting PFP pipeline development and advise staff, consultants, and external partners.
• Ensure aligned messaging across WWF-US, Country Offices, and WWF Network.
• Represent WWF at partnership and nature finance meetings and external workshops.
