Job summary

World Wildlife Fund (WWF) seeks a Manager, Durable Conservation and Finance to drive long-term, sustainable financing for large-scale conservation. You will lead the PDI unit’s pipeline, coordinate with WWF offices and external partners, and deliver cross-cutting outcomes across conservation finance initiatives.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), and experience with PFP and international finance structures.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience with project finance for permanence (PFP) and conservation finance is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred; other languages useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage viability and feasibility phases of WWF’s incoming PFP pipeline.
• Coordinate with Senior Director and cross-functional teams across WWF networks.
• Advise on partnerships and national geographies, aligning finance streams.
