Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Public Funding Manager for Enduring Earth to lead public fundraising efforts for PFPs and coordinate cross-functional teams across TNC. You will guide proposal development, budgets, and strategic initiatives to secure public funding resources.

You will collaborate with regional and global partners, manage multiple proposals, and ensure compliance with policies and financial standards while supporting a rolling portfolio of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience leading and implementing multiple public funding proposals and projects.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements.
• Experience with current fundraising practices and public funding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned public funding proposals and projects for PFPs.
• Coordinate cross-TNC teams to support public fundraising for TNC-led PFPs.
• Design and manage multiple projects including budget, deadlines and accountability.
• Monitor and report on program results, provide recommendations for improvements.
