SharkNinja seeks a Sr. Director, FP&A Global DTC & Social Commerce to lead finance for the company’s direct-to-consumer and social commerce channels. You will forecast, manage margins, and drive strategic finance initiatives across ecommerce platforms, TikTok Shop, and emerging social channels.

Your leadership will shape commercial strategy, partner with media and performance teams, and scale operating disciplines globally for a fast-growing channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering; 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep experience in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer financial management; exposure to social commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and actuals for the global DTC business.
• Lead FP&A team supporting DTC globally; align with financial objectives.
• Own weekly operating model, cadence, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Partner with media, affiliates, and performance marketing to tie investment to sales.
• Build and refine financial models to improve forecast accuracy.
