SharkNinja is seeking a Sr. Director, FP&A Global DTC & Social Commerce to lead the finance organization for our global direct-to-consumer and social commerce channels.

You will shape commercial strategy, drive sales and margin performance, and partner with media, affiliates, and performance marketing to connect investments to outcomes. The role requires 12+ years in FP&A, with 5+ years in senior leadership, and deep experience in eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong FP&A background.
• 12+ years in FP&A, planning, and business partnering.
• Experience in eCommerce, DTC, and social commerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for global DTC & social commerce, including forecast, margin and planning.
• Partner with media, performance marketing, and affiliates to link investment to financial outcomes.
• Build scalable financial models and drive regional/global standardization.
