Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide DSP organization seeks a Program Manager to own DSP payroll programs and vendor management across the Americas. You will manage payroll vendor relationships, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver a reliable payroll experience for DSP owners and their Delivery Associates.

You will analyze program data, prepare leadership reviews, and scale governance across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil with ~10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll vendor relationships across the Americas, monitoring SLAs and conducting business reviews.
• Drive accountability for deliverables and escalate compliance concerns as needed.
• Develop action plans for underperforming vendors and coordinate with regional teams.
• Improve workflows through benchmarking and scalable process improvements.
