Job summary

Aramcoservices is seeking an Operator to support the Chemicals & Specialties Trading Team, coordinating marine and truck movements and ensuring delivery commitments are met safely and efficiently. You will interface with Trading, Operations, Finance, Risk, and external stakeholders to drive seamless execution of commercial transactions and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of progressive experience in operations/supply chain or trading operations preferred.
• Experience with marine and truck operations, logistics, and contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marine and truck movements across terminals and vessels to align with trading positions and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, traders, operations, risk analysts, and terminals to manage loading, discharge, and delivery schedules.
• Manage marine operations, vessel chartering, and coordination with brokers, owners, agents, inspectors, and terminals.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes and logistics efficiency.
• Monitor inventory positions at storage terminals to minimize demurrage and avoid shortages or overcapacity, ensuring compliance with regulations.
