3M in Maplewood, MN seeks a Planning Manager for Distribution Requirements Planning to define global DRP strategy and strengthen capabilities across processes, people, tools, and KPIs. You will lead network design evaluations, coordinate with logistics on DC capacity and inbound/outbound volumes, and oversee finished goods inventory management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field and at least 6 years of planning experience, with SAP and Kinaxis familiarity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business (completed and verified prior to start)
• Six (6) years of combined experience in supply chain, planning or inventory management in a private, public, government or military environment
• Experience with DRP is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead global DRP process strategy and continuous improvement across processes, people, tools, and KPIs
• Determine optimal network design by evaluating inventory, freight, and handling costs
• Coordinate with logistics on distribution center capacity, expected freight needs, and inbound/outbound distribution center volumes
• Oversee finished goods inventory management processes and track performance against inventory targets
