Job summary

MilliporeSigma seeks a skilled supply chain professional to optimize inventory, coordinate inter-site processes, and drive improvements in customer service. The role focuses on planning, stocking, order releases, and cross-functional collaboration across distribution, production, and sales in a global network.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 7+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of supply chain experience and ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Distribution Centers, Production, Customer Service and Sales to improve service.
• Plan requirements and stocking in Distribution Centers.
• Release daily orders for intercompany suppliers.
• Coordinate supply chain between supplying and global receiving sites.
• Monitor and address backorders.
• Identify customer-specific requirements and optimize the logistics network.
• Lead process improvement to raise service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
