Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated is seeking a Global Downstream Marketing Manager to drive the global launch framework for products and services and oversee commercialization in the Americas. The role sits remote in the United States with travel to domestic and international markets.

You will partner with regional marketing, sales, and product teams to shape strategy, pricing, messaging, and launch readiness, translating insights into actionable plans that boost market adoption and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in downstream product or services marketing or commercialization.
Experience leading global and regional launch projects and managing multiple priorities in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Own the global launch framework for assigned products and services with regional input.
Lead Americas localization, planning, and execution of launch strategies.
Develop Americas market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging.
Monitor launch performance, adoption, and revenue contribution; adjust plans as needed.
