Job summary

Coloplast seeks an experienced Interventional Urology Group Marketing Manager to drive global downstream product marketing for multiple therapy areas. You will lead strategy, launches and campaigns, collaborating with regional marketing, sales and cross-functional partners to achieve growth and profitability.

The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional communication, and the ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally to support global initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Marketing required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years Sales & Marketing experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in Endourology medical devices is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and build a marketing team focused on product strategies and programs.
• Manage launches, forecasting, budgeting, literature and campaigns.
• Drive annual marketing plans with cross-functional partners and sales.
• Develop and execute global product launches and therapy-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with regional teams and KOL development in the US.
