Expeditors in Sterling, VA is seeking a Domestic Transportation Customer Service representative for a full-time role. You will help coordinate freight, ensure timely data entry, and communicate with customers to meet service standards.

The position offers a collaborative, professional environment within a global logistics company that values internal promotion and employee development. Previous experience in logistics or freight documentation is helpful, and a customer-first mindset is essential.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training
• Understanding of documentation process a plus
• Effective interpersonal skills, including listening and clear communication
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills
• Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace Transcon files and reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
• Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Meet compliance at all times
• Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy
