Job summary

BizFirst LLC seeks a Program Manager to serve as the single accountable lead for a firm-fixed-price task order delivering financial and data analysis support to ASA(ALT) CPE/PAE offices. You will oversee a distributed team, manage schedules and governance, and serve as the primary liaison with government authorities.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, five years of relevant management experience, and PMP/PgMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required for access to defense facilities and systems.
Active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance is required.
Minimum of five years managing DoD/DoW programs of similar size and complexity.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, public administration, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
PM/ PgMP or equivalent project management certification is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide management, coordination, quality assurance, and leadership of all contractor activities under the task order.
Direct and coordinate a cross-functional, geographically distributed team of analysts embedded in program offices.
Ensure disciplined execution of approved plans, schedules, and governance processes.
Serve as main interface with COR and government program authorities; provide on-demand support and status reporting.
