Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in global distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading multi-site distribution operations with company-operated facilities and 3PL partners.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-level distribution/fulfillment strategies.
• Proven ability to lead large organizations through growth, transformation, and change.
• Experience managing complex operating budgets and capital investments with strong cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KEEN's global distribution strategy to support profitable growth.
• Provide executive leadership for KEEN's Fan Engagement Center in Kentucky and governance across the distribution network.
• Establish and monitor global KPIs, service levels, and governance for consistent execution.
• Lead evaluation and optimization of the distribution network, capacity, and inventory flow for future scalability.
• Align global strategies with regional priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead regular business reviews with distribution leaders and 3PL partners to improve service, productivity, and cost.
• Drive technology-enabled transformation (SAP S/4, WMS, automation, analytics) across distribution.
• Foster a culture of Lean, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and employee well-being across distribution operations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Product, Finance, and Technology to align distribution with customer expectations.
• Manage global distribution budget, drive productivity, and disciplined financial stewardship.
• Lead strategic sourcing and partner management for logistics services, ensuring quality and cost competitiveness.
