Job summary

Genentech's Kentucky Distribution Center (KDC) Site Head leads all operational teams in Louisville, driving safe, compliant, and cost-effective distribution of life-changing medicines. Collaborates with Customer Operations, US Commercial, Quality, SHE, and global network leadership to ensure OTIF delivery and business continuity.

This Sr. Director role requires 15+ years in pharma distribution with 10–12+ years of leadership, strong cGMP knowledge, Lean Six Sigma, and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Life Sciences).
• 15+ years in supply chain/distribution with 10–12+ years leadership in pharma/healthcare.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP standards and warehouse operations.
• Experience with risk management, business continuity, and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set long-range strategies for finished goods and site assets.
• Direct all site operations including staffing, facilities, logistics, and SHE.
• Lead community and government relations in Louisville, KY.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and On-Time, In-Full delivery targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and change leadership across teams.
