Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad is seeking an organized document admin associate to support leave, disability and accommodation documentation. You will manage document sorting, indexing, and case linking while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in case management, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. You will collaborate with case managers and internal teams to maintain timely records and respond to staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 1+ years of case management experience or related field.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Document sorting, scanning, indexing and storing in appropriate database.
• Linking documents with appropriate cases.
• Storing unmatched documents in the repository following filing process.
• Reviews documents for accuracy and reports issues.
• Assist employee through calls and emails for document submission.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policy.
