Job summary

Revelyst is seeking an experienced Director of Supplier Quality to lead our global quality management across hardgoods and softgoods. Based in Irvine, CA, you will drive total quality management and continuous improvement across product lifecycle with cross-functional leadership.

You will oversee supplier audits, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and executive reporting while collaborating with R&D, product management, and operations to ensure quality excellence across the three

Responsibilities

• Lead global quality strategy across three platforms and align objectives with business goals.
• Transform Revelyst's quality organization from reactive inspection to prevention-based culture.
• Design and implement QA/QC processes ensuring design-to-production quality across regions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements and environmental regulations globally.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
• Inspire and lead a globally dispersed team of quality professionals; recruit and develop talent.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, operations to embed quality in development lifecycle.
• Manage supplier audits, qualification and performance monitoring across regions.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for supplier quality issues and contingency planning.
• Drive supplier development initiatives and joint improvement plans with procurement.
• Provide executive-level reporting on quality performance, trends and risks.
• Standardize quality systems and KPIs across regions and supplier tiers.
