Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Director of Supplier Quality to lead the Global Operations team across hardgoods and softgoods. This senior role will define and drive a comprehensive quality strategy spanning product management, R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality management roles within a global, consumer products environment, including leadership roles in quality assurance, quality control, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Demonstrated quality leadership experience supporting global product categories like those within Revelyst's Adventure Sports platform, including technical apparel, helmets, protective equipment, hydration systems, packs, softgoods, and engineered hardgoods.
• Proven success managing quality throughout the product lifecycle, from design validation and supplier qualification through mass production and post-market performance.
• Proven track record in managing global product creation processes, ideally in both hardgoods and softgoods categories within the sports or outdoor industry.
• Strong expertise in implementing and leading global quality management systems (QMS), including familiarity with ISO standards, and Helmet Certification Standards - ASTM, CPSC, ECE, DOT, FIM etc.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive performance across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to align quality initiatives with business objectives and improve overall product quality and operational efficiency.
• Expertise in data analysis and trend identification to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, product teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Global travel flexibility is needed to support our international operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global quality strategy across three platforms: Adventure Sports, Outdoor Performance, and Precision Sports.
• Transform quality organization from inspection-based to prevention-based culture; focus on customer experience and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement QA/QC processes for design through production; ensure compliance with safety, functional and aesthetic standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and environmental regulations globally.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Lead supplier audits, qualification, and performance monitoring programs across regions.
• Provide regular executive reporting on quality performance and risk, with dashboards and KPIs.
• Standardize quality processes and implement a global QMS with real-time supplier performance visibility.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
