Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud/platform engineering or operations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a 24x7 environment.
• Proven ability to drive IaC adoption and automation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multiyear service roadmap for reliable, secure cloud services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure KPIs for MTTR, change success, and RCA quality.
• Govern ITIL 4 processes and maintain 24/7 support model with runbooks and on-call rotations.
• Champion integration of AI agents into operations and automated remediation.
• Oversee security/compliance depth per NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and FedRAMP when applicable.
