You will partner with operations and IT, oversee 10-K/10-Q filings, coordinate external audits, and drive process improvements across global finance functions.

The role demands CPA, 10+ years, strong communication, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting with knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• CPA license and 10+ years of overall experience.
• Experience managing a team for 6+ years.
• Familiar with Form 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy filings and SEC reporting.
• Experience with multinational operations and multiple currencies.
• Proven in implementing new accounting pronouncements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SEC filings and accompanying financial statements and MD&A.
• Coordinate annual audit and quarterly reviews with external auditors.
• Collaborate with investor relations on financial presentations.
• Build relationships across functions to review reporting matters.
• Monitor SEC/FASB developments and implement system/process improvements.
• Support Audit Committee with information and oversight.
• Lead strategic transactions as technical accounting lead.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members.
