Tegria Services Group - US is seeking a Senior Director, Business Operations to lead Tegria's global healthcare IT consulting operations. You will set the operating model, manage resource planning, and ensure profitable growth by aligning sales demand, consultant capacity, and delivery needs across regions and service lines.

You will partner with Finance, Talent, Delivery, and other leaders to establish consistent processes, reliable data, and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, information systems, or another relevant field.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a related professional certification preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in business operations, delivery operations, or resource management with leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Sets direction for Tegria's global business operations function and executes an operational roadmap aligned with priorities, growth plans, financial objectives, and delivery needs.
• Serves as trusted operational advisor to the CSO and executive leaders, translating performance, capacity, and demand into recommendations.
• Owns and evolves a global operating model linking sales pipeline, demand forecasting, capacity planning, resource deployment, and performance reporting.
