Job summary

Tegria Services Group - US is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Services to lead operations, client engagement, and business development for the Revenue Cycle Services team. You will direct day-to-day operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for clients, while guiding staff and implementing strategic plans aligned with Tegria's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of P&L, strategy, and leadership experience.
• Extensive IT governance, change management, service delivery, and customer support exposure.
• Proven track record of selling products/services to healthcare clients and expanding client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle processes and HIPAA/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads Operations, Client Engagement, and Business Development for Revenue Cycle Services with targets and performance benchmarks.
• Develops and manages operational initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Builds and leads a high-performing, remote-friendly team with strong morale and collaborative culture.
• Maintains strong partnership with MEDITECH to support enhancements, consulting engagements, and service delivery.
• Aligns team goals with client objectives and uses data to measure and communicate success.
