Tegria is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Services to lead the end-to-end operations of claims, payments, denials, coding, and third-party management for our client engagements. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance against goals, while building a high-performing remote team and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable revenue improvement for Tegria's clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Extensive experience with P&L management, strategic planning, operations, financial oversight, and team leadership.
• Strong IT governance, change management, service delivery, and customer support knowledge.
• Proven track record selling products/services to clients with business development background.
• 5+ years working with EHR applications.
• Understanding of HIPAA, FCA, AKS, Stark, ACA, FDCPA, EMTALA and state laws.
