Job summary

Molex seeks a Director, Program Management to translate customer demand and strategic priorities into disciplined, executable programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.

This role leads through influence, aligning stakeholders on priorities, capacity, and outcomes while protecting commitments and enabling scalable growth. You will guide end‑to‑end execution and partner with plant leadership on capacity expansion and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs in engineering, manufacturing, or product development.
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand and strategic priorities into integrated, multi‑year program roadmaps.
• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leaders.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across global teams with clear ownership and dependencies.
• Establish governance, cadence, reviews, and escalation paths for leadership visibility.
• Forecast risks and capacity gaps; drive mitigation and informed decision‑making.
• Partner with plant leadership to support capacity expansion and automation initiatives.
• Act as liaison between business teams and operations to maintain momentum.
