Job summary

Molex is seeking a Program Manager to translate customer demand and strategic priorities into executable programs across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. This role ensures complex customer programs move forward with clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution.

The Program Manager anticipates risks, surfaces constraints early, and helps teams make informed trade-offs as programs evolve. This onsite role is based at Molex's Lisle, IL headquarters and requires strong systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or product development
• Influencing and coordinating across engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Experience with global teams and complex stakeholder networks
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Translate customer priorities into clear program plans with milestones
• Define scope, objectives, and outcomes with engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Align stakeholders on priorities and end state
• Coordinate execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams
• Identify program risks, resource gaps, and constraints early
• Monitor program health and escalate issues as needed
