Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Power Conversion Systems (PCS). You will own the global PCS roadmap and lifecycle, defining priorities based on customer needs and market trends, and align plans with Fluence's technology strategy.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Quality to deliver high-performing, cost-competitive PCS products across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems or related field.
• Significant experience in Product Management within power electronics or energy storage.
• Ability to translate customer and market requirements into product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver technical products.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global PCS product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Define priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and technology developments.
• Align PCS plans with Fluence's overall product and technology strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define capabilities, targets, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial.
• Translate market requirements into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Manage PCS products from definition through launch, optimization, and end-of-life.
