Job summary
Fluence Energy, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Power Conversion Systems to shape strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of PCS products. You will align global plans with technology strategy and drive performance across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
You will translate market needs into product requirements, collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain, and influence multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or related technical discipline.
- Significant experience in Product Management within power electronics or energy storage technologies.
- Experience translating customer/market requirements into product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for PCS portfolio.
- Define priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and technology developments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, and regional teams.
- Translate requirements into clear product specs and development priorities.
- Support customer-facing teams with product expertise and guidance.
