The position emphasizes mentoring, advanced technical leadership, and collaboration with CRB leadership to differentiate through innovation and design excellence.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in the design/construction industry.
• 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry with Oligo & Peptides knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or science/technology related to CRB key markets/disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of Oligo & Peptides processes and cGMP regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to speak publicly with confidence.
