CRB seeks a Director for the Oligo & Peptide Market Segment Leader to drive long‑term global strategy and growth. You will lead a cross‑functional team, shape industry trends, and expand CRB’s presence through conferences, thought leadership, and client engagement.

You will mentor teams, advance design and regulatory capabilities, and partner with Leadership to differentiate CRB through technical excellence and innovative solutions. This role offers global impact and regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the design / construction industry.
• 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry with Oligo & Peptides knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related science.
• Deep knowledge of Oligo & Peptides processes, cGMP regulations and applications thereof.
• Strategic-oriented mentality and ability to recognize industry trends and innovations.

Responsabilités

• Strategize industry trends and evolution pathways for therapeutic science and manufacturing methods.
• Be CRB’s face for the market, building brand awareness across regions and engaging with industry and clients.
• Increase CRB’s market capture by aligning with Business Development and Sales Services on proposal directions and capture planning.
• Strengthen CRB’s design capabilities through internal training, mentoring programs, and SME networks.
• Grow CRB’s regulatory expertise and act as market face with regulatory bodies and lobby groups.
• Support operations with project strategy and alignment on complex projects.
• Differentiate CRB by anticipating industry evolution and future states of the market.
• Act as a global ambassador for Oligo & Peptides across regions, sharing knowledge and presenting at events.
• Collaborate with MET to target Global Strategic Opportunities and early client engagement.
