Qualifications

• 15+ years in the design/construction industry.
• 10+ years in the life sciences industry, with deep knowledge of Oligo & Peptides.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or science/technology related to CRB key markets.
• Deep knowledge of Oligo & Peptides processes and cGMP regulations.
• Strategic mindset and ability to spot trends and innovations.
• Active involvement in professional organizations focusing on Oligo & Peptides.
• Strong public speaking and clear technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategize industry trends and future directions for therapeutic science and manufacturing methods, including identifying equipment and facility solutions.
• Be CRB’s face for the Oligo & Peptides market, building brand awareness through conferences, webinars and client engagement.
• Increase CRB’s market capture by aligning with Business Development, targeting key clients and pre-positioning for critical win projects.
• Strengthen CRB’s design capabilities, mentor development programs, and grow SME & reviewer networks.
