Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Director of Test Development Engineering in Etters, PA. Lead global test strategy across CBS, steering test capabilities, architecture, and manufacturing readiness to enable scalable product launches.

You will partner with Product, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, directing multi-site teams and delivering measurable performance improvements in test coverage, reliability, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Eng; MS/MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in electronics/interconnect/test development.
• 10+ years in engineering leadership; global or multi-site scope.
• Experience with NPIs, production test, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global Test Development Engineering strategy for CBS.
• Own end-to-end delivery of electrical, functional, and manufacturing test solutions.
• Drive readiness for NPI gates and production launches.
• Lead architecture standards for test equipment and software platforms.
