General Counsel AI, Inc. is seeking a Director of Field and Event Marketing to own every event and field program, from executive dinners to multi-day conferences, and to build a field marketing team aligned with sales leadership across Strategic, Enterprise, and our new EMEA team in London.

You will report to the CMO and collaborate with CRO, sales, demand generation, and product marketing to turn target accounts into rooms full of the right people.

Competenze

• 10+ years in B2B field or event marketing
• Proven ability to own event & field pipeline with measurable results
• Experience running seven-figure budgets for large events

Mansioni

• Own event- and field-sourced pipeline and forecast impact
• Report on meetings booked, pipeline created, and cost per qualified opportunity
• Lead and scale GC AI Summit, conferences, executive forums, and dinners
• Design event details to deliver memorable experiences and measurable follow-up
• Score events by audience fit and pipeline potential and allocate budget accordingly
• Run major events as integrated campaigns from list to post-event follow-up
• Pair field marketers with sales leaders across regions and GTM segments
• Launch field program internationally and ensure pre-booked AE meetings
