Job summary

CallMiner is seeking a Director of Events & Field Marketing to own North America and EMEA event programs, including conferences, trade shows, and ABM-aligned field events. You’ll lead strategy, budgeting, and cross-functional execution with sales, CS, and product teams.

You will manage a small team, partner with regional marketing, and apply AI-enabled practices to maximize impact and ROI across live and virtual formats. Based in the U.S., ET hours with 25–35% travel.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in event/field marketing in tech or SaaS.
• Experience leading an events team.
• Global experience across NA and EMEA.
• Experience at growth-stage companies with scalable programs.
• Incorporating events, swag, and ABM campaigns.
• Proven budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Strong ROI analysis and reporting skills.
• Creative booth design and compelling event content.
• Excellent written and verbal exec communication.
• familiarity with event/virtual tech and gifting tools.
• Experience using AI to scale personalization.
• Based in the U.S. with ET work hours; travel 25–35%.
• Degree in marketing/communications or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop NA/EMEA annual events strategy aligned to pipeline targets.
• Own global events and field budget across currencies; select vendors.
• Partner with EMEA team for localized execution while owning strategy.
• Stay current on best practices and adjust tactics.
• Lead flagship events and conferences from strategy to follow-up.
• Oversee trade shows and industry conferences program.
• Manage regional ABM programs and integrate with sales/demand.
• Plan customer and partner enablement and co-marketing events.
• Lead measurement of ROI and report to CMO and revenue leaders.
• Mentor a small events team and collaborate with execs.
• Leverage AI tools for research, invites, planning, and analysis.
