GC AI, the legal intelligence platform for in-house teams, is hiring a Director of Field and Event Marketing. You will own all field programs, from executive dinners to multi-day sponsorships, and build a field marketing team aligned with sales leadership across Strategic, Enterprise, and international teams.

You will partner with marketing, demand generation, revenue operations, product marketing, and sales to drive pipeline, optimize events, and measure ROI.

Competenze

• 10+ years in B2B field marketing with a track record of owning event pipeline.
• 3+ years leading a team and managing a seven-figure events budget.
• Experience running a large events portfolio and partnering with AEs.
• Operational rigor across vendors, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, attribution, and event ROI dashboards.
• High-growth startup experience and willingness to travel.

• Own event- and field-sourced pipeline and report progress to marketing.
• Lead the event roadmap: GC AI Summit, conferences, dinners, and executive forums.
• Design event details for memorable experiences and measurable follow-up.
