Job summary

VSE Aviation in Doral, FL is seeking a Senior OEM Program Leader for Engine Accessories to oversee the business with two major OEM partners. You will develop and execute long-term program strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence across the program.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or 3+ years of alternative experience), 6 years in aviation or related field, strong negotiation and communication skills, and knowledge of FAA regulations and AS9100.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 6 years of relevant/technical work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and long-term contracts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, aerospace quality systems, and AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for OEM partners and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Develop market understanding and product lifecycle knowledge for the program.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across multiple internal groups.
• Oversee strategic planning, capacity, risk management, and roadmaps.
• Monitor program financial performance and report to leadership.
