Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 10 years of sales experience in New Construction environments with a proven track record.
• 5 years of sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global business development strategy for sustainable long-term growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team of Business Development Managers.
• Create a scalable operating model with governance to improve opportunity conversion.
• Identify new markets, applications, and strategic partnerships to grow pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to accelerate initiatives.
• Maintain safety and drive cross-functional collaboration across regions.
