ECOLAB is seeking a Global Director of Business Development for Microelectronics to build and lead a world-class global BD organization, accelerating sustainable growth in the MicroE market. The role reports to the VP & GM of Global Microelectronics and will oversee a global team of BD Managers, shaping strategy, talent, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• 10 years of sales experience in New Construction Environments with proven sales track record including Design Consulting, Project Takeoffs, Quoting, and Technical Submittals.
• Possess a valid US Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) (preferred).
• Microelectronics design and construction experience with end customers, design engineers and mechanical contractors (preferred).
• Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global business development strategy delivering sustainable long-term growth for the MicroE segment.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of Business Development Managers.
• Create a scalable business development operating model with processes, tools, metrics, and governance.
• Establish and maintain a robust multi-year growth pipeline identifying new markets, applications, customer segments, and partnerships.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technical Consulting, Innovation, Supply Chain, and Regional Leadership to align resources and accelerate growth.
• Maintain and achieve Goal Zero Safety Incidents for the Team.
• Network and develop business relationships with end customers, contractors, and design engineers for global MicroE expansion.
