Crunchyroll seeks a Director of Lifecycle Technology & Operations to lead the global operating model and technical foundation powering personalized, data-driven customer experiences at scale.

You will own Lifecycle platform strategy, governance, and end-to-end operations, partnering with Marketing, Martech, Product, Engineering, Data, and regional teams to translate strategy into scalable implementations across markets.

Qualifications

• Over 10+ years in Lifecycle Marketing Operations or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead global operating model for Lifecycle Marketing tech and operations.
• Own lifecycle platform strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and regional teams.
• Drive data, audience, and personalization capabilities at scale.
• Ensure localization and regulatory compliance across markets.
