Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with 10 years in grants and contracts operations.
Experience in global / multi-country organizations and donor-funded procurement.
Strong dashboards and BI capability.

Responsibilities

Lead development and continuous improvement of Grants & Contracts policies and procedures.
Oversee procurement policies, controls, and documentation standards.
Govern Grants & Contracts systems, data governance, and BI capabilities.
Develop and deliver training and capacity-building for Grants & Contracts staff.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Programs, IT and HR to align operations and roles.
