Princess Cruises seeks a Director of Food & Beverage Operations and Experiences to translate enterprise strategy into fleet-wide standards, governance, and guest experiences across ships and shoreside teams.

The role drives revenue growth, product innovation, and compliance while leading senior F&B leaders and coordinating with Finance, Marketing, and HR. Travel 25–50% is required, with in-office duties at designated Princess offices.

Competenze

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field and relevant certifications as required.
• Extensive leadership experience in high-volume F&B operations across cruise/hospitality environments.
• Ability to set fleet-wide standards and drive enterprise strategy.
