Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage Operations and Experiences to translate enterprise F&B strategy into fleet-wide standards for ships and shoreside teams. You will drive revenue growth, governance, and a differentiated dining portfolio while leading talent across a global organization.

The role requires extensive leadership in high-volume F&B and a focus on public health, technology-enabled transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in high-volume cruise, hospitality, or multi‑unit environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise F&B strategy into fleet-wide standards and operating plans across ships and shoreside.
• Drive revenue growth, yield, and cost productivity for F&B programs in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Lead portfolio roadmap for differentiated dining, beverage, and premium experiences.
• Establish governance for food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service across fleets.
• Develop talent and succession plans; act as senior integrator for F&B across global operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on newbuilds, dry docks, and technology-enabled changes.
