You will be responsible for monitoring order processing, managing inventory, and analyzing financial performance to optimize revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Candidates must assist in day-to-day logistics to increase productivity.

• Drive beverage excellence and exceed beverage targets.
• Take ownership of service recovery for negative interactions.
• Utilize technology to enhance guest engagement.
• Monitor order processing through onboard POS systems.
• Lead inventory management in high-traffic areas.
• Analyze financial performance for revenue opportunities.
• Accurately manage guest orders for premium experiences.
• Ensure accurate input of transfers in Crunchtime.
• Conduct crew sales in line with Princess Ways standards.
• Track sales of beverage packages during voyages.
• Promote Dining Reservation System and MedallionClass apps.
• Assist in staffing and execution of beverage service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across beverage outlets.
• Review bar schedules to identify staffing gaps.
