Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with strong software architecture foundation.
- 15+ years in software engineering/platform engineering with leadership of large software platforms.
- 10+ years leading global engineering teams across regions.
- 5+ years collaborating with onshore/offshore development teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS and cloud-native platforms.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, and API-first development.
- Experience modernizing legacy apps into scalable cloud-native solutions.
- 5+ years leading UX/product designers with design system knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP and platform reliability practices.
- Experience implementing secure SDLC practices including cloud security controls.
