Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with strong software architecture and leadership foundation.
- 15+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience across enterprise systems.
- 10+ years leading global engineering organizations spanning multiple disciplines.
- 5+ years collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software platforms across full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead global software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, platform engineering, data, AI, DevOps, quality engineering and UX organizations for the AlinIQ portfolio.
- Define and execute technology strategy for a connected laboratory informatics ecosystem including AMS.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and cybersecurity requirements across products.
- Drive modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native platforms and reduce technical debt.
- Foster governance, development standards, and metrics to improve engineering outcomes.
